I got a call from naukri.com regarding a job for accountant in icici bank. And the caller was deepti singh, assistant verification head, empl id shcr661. She told me about the job for icici bank. She told me to make payment for the processing for the job of amount 1150/- on the mobikwik no-[protected]. After that i have sent all my required documents to the email id :gm. [protected]@gmail.com. That was metioned in the email which i have got from her mail i. E naukrialerts. [protected]@gmail.com. And they asked for rs.2000/- for the bank tada processing charges of the job. All total i have paid 3150/=.
19th may is my interview date at ashok nagar branch of icici bank. But before that i searched in the employee code & i found there was already registered a complain as same as what is happening with me. I have asked her but she has no answer. Today till now i didn't get any call ya any mail from her and i called her asked that i am near about this bank please provide me the gm & hr no so that i will meet them and will clear that i have an interview on 19th. Then she told me ok mam i will msg u the contact details. I had wait for her msg at least 1 hour & call back but her no was switched off. After 4-5 hour i had called her but she disconnect the call. So i was sure that this was fraud in the name of naukri.com & icici bank. And i m sure that there is no interview in the icici bank in 19th may 2018. But they cheat us in the name of naukri, in which we faith more & more to get a job.

So i want my money back. Please refund my money.
I was getting payment receipts of all the payments which i have done in the mobikwik. I am attaching the screeshots of the the receipts.

I had a call n email through the [protected]@email.com about the fast rcruitment in a dell limited company. Joining the job the manager & recruiter said to pay the some kind of amouny in some steps & we paid it but they can't sent the joining letter & also not reciving and answer the calls and sms... Can u please solve my compalint n setuations because i think its a fake promoises n thats why ur company are in a bad impression n stag because of that little miststakes & improper behaviour to ur customers... Please make my thinking wrong n solve the issues instantly i hop u can...

The staff was asked to call back using call me back utility to understand the details of naukri services packages. He shared details and then asked to buy some. I was not ready to buy and asked him that send me details and i will go through.in case i want to buy i will call back or again contact. He was after me to buy it immediately.
I kept browsing the site and downloaded a few sample documents and other things available on site. He was tracking my actions. He kept calling me, but when i said i am not ready to buy and will contact myself, so that statement should be sufficient to understand... Further they have blackmailed me many time as well saying that i have used abusive word to them.

I have committed crime by paying them 1800/- amount for the service what they said further they said its not working for me.

I applied for jobs, in a day or two i recieved an sms from naukri stating that my resume has been short-listed. I went to the given address (D. Infotech govindpuri) for an interview on 28th march. Cleared it, had a telephonic interview as well. Submitted 1000rs as fees. Then i recieved an e-mail in which i was asked to attend a seminar at hotel kingston on 1st april. It was also mentioned to bring 3k inr as the seminar fees. And they will hand over the appointment letter there and then. After the seminar no appointment letter was given. Instead they said they will mail the letter within a week. It's 15th may and i haven't received a single mail from them. They are not even picking up my calls.

Have taken the services for the forth time, first time three times things went in vain nothing worked out however being called for the forth time thought of taking a chance as got convinced by the fiery communications as if this time everything is going to be work for me, wherein services was being told indetails in an recorded conversations i believe, but when the things where supposed to be put in action its being told resume services are out of of the block of service acquired,
Which was previously being told to me and the story doesnot ends here its being told i overheard the part and there was a communication mismatch and under the lieu of it altough i have paid its again brought me back to square where i left in terms of services.
My issues are that there is no necessity of tempering of communcation each and every time which i am victim of, however to take care of the same officially esteemed organisation like naukri putting it in disclaimer "that we don't assure services and calls" then why its being commicated by the accounts person who sells this services, as believe services should be sold on basis o[censored]sp and not mis selling.

Hence hitherto to current situation what should one do as a prudent customer, as hope the things are clear and would request to clarify the same which is full of mistrust and disbelieve and do one think, its logical to refer to anybody after four consequitive lashes.
Looking forward for an action regarding the same as by this time its clear i am no longer niether interested in service.

Then second call karan mehta mobile no. [protected] his provide reference id and some questions answers for first telephonic round . Then 1 call next day mr
Ronit jain for first telephonic interview .

Then next day call karan mehta congratulations your first round clear and then second round .and pay ₹7500 then ur join company then refund money mene kr diye then one mail got you are select in wipro compny .

After some days one mail and one call your joining date and pay money ₹ 15500 mene nhi diye

And mr. Karan mehta not picking my calls
Muje mere pure money refund chaiye

Plz fast my money refund

Please note that Wipro does not entertain payment of any kind from candidates for employment.

We have noticed that resumes in employment websites and job portals often receive offers of ‘jobs’ at Wipro at times that require payment of cash deposit into specified bank accounts.

These are fake job offers because Wipro never seeks payment of money from candidates and no selection takes place without completion of the requisite interview processes.

Some common attributes of these fake job offer emails/sms are:

• They come from public email IDs like Yahoo!, Rediff, Indiatimes.
• They claim to come from ‘Wipro Group of Industries Limited’ or some such non-existent organization but claiming to carry the name of ‘Wipro’.
• They call for cash deposit into a designated bank account (generally such accounts are opened with banks like ICIC Bank, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank).
• In the event there was already a payment made, please lodge a complaint with the nearest police station so that necessary action can be taken against the imposters.
• To make the offer seem authentic, the email will call for submission of ‘qualification documents’, ‘experience certificate’, photographs etc.
• The emails will contain numerous apparent grammar and spelling errors.
• Often, the contact address, phone numbers given in the email are non-existent and false.
• We realize that you were alerted by one of the above pointers. And in case any of your friends or acquaintances, complain of receiving such mails, please alert them too, and discourage them into not paying/depositing money. They must simply ignore such mails as ‘SPAM’.

Importantly, please advise your friends and relatives not to fall prey to such fake job offers. Also note that all mails to candidates have a clear warning against payment of cash for securing jobs at Wipro.

She started talking rudely when i told her that i was not interested in the job offer because money is requied before interview that I would have to pay him a certain amount of refundable charge for generating reference number, after which the telephonic interview would be arranged... And she started shouting and disconnect the call.
I want you to take this into consideration immediately. There is no reason for her to talk to me in such a way and how do you think people will react to such staff. Such a big organization and people who work for you are not even taught basic manners about how to talk to their customers.

I hope you are doing well, This morning I've received a mail from some school EFIA upon my hiring the provide me job offer letter.

As I am a well-qualified computer teacher and yes I did apply through naukri.com for the vacancy as I am interested to relocate and live and work in the same field of mine, so through there they have my email id.

What is a doubting part is they ask from me for some money but as a guarantee they will refund me, I know it's all tactics to take it out cash from people, so anyways they told me to follow for my work visa from Gulf line travel agency in Dubai for my work visa or let's say work permit.

They forget I am a computer teacher I try to trace their IP location so I discovered email came from USA California some filling station and what really surprised me the job offer letter attested by UAE chamber of commerce stamp and they even created for the same school duplicate website.

Kindly go through nicely, I want to help Naukri.com by arresting these criminals, and please verify them before allowing them to use your website to post any fake jobs, I will send you real website URL as well Fake website URL.

Dear sir some agency claiming to be from naukri took 2750/- from me as registration fee for 15 years...the payment link had naukri.com which I believed & gave...the numbers used to call were...[protected] & [protected]...they wanted 8800 more which raised my doubt & sending to u to investigate on this...the payment link sent image is attached

About job offers from samsung electricals, bajaj electrical, jindal steel and power. They told me that the above mentioned companies shortlisted my resume for the position of 'quality engineer' and the package offered was 2.30 to 2.40 lac per annum. Job locations offered were mumbai, kolkata, gujarat, maharastra, bhopal, bihar, jharkhand and assam. They asked me to pay rs.1250 for hr interview and i paid it through paytm. Then they arranged a telephonic interview. And for that they provided me with a series of questions. Next day early morning i received a mail from the same mail id ([protected]@outlook.com) about selection confirmation letter from bajaj electrical. Then again at 11am i received several calls about sending me offer letter (Both softcopy and hardcopy) from official bajaj electrical mail id, only after the payment of rs.5500 on the same day (I haven't paid that amount). They told me that after receiving the offer letter i can start the training period from 28th may or 7th june. The stipend offered was rs. 19500. Training destinations offered were delhi, bangalore, jamshedpur and gujarat. Then i have stopped responding to their calls and emails. I am attaching all the necessary screenshots of mails, phone records, transaction. Also the pdf of selection confirmation letter. What should i do further? Look into the matter and reply me as soon as possible.

Firstly i received call from naukri from a guy named shivam who assured me that my resume is shortlisted & will be getting my interview scheduled for ibm & if i clear the first round then second round will happen but i will have to pay assurity amount of ₹3500 which will be refunded once when i get selected & evenif i dont get selected that will be refunded to me in my account & i will be put forward for another opportunity with cognizant free of cost & then was after my life to pay that amount & did not say any further detail even though i asked several times that i will not have to pay any further amount after it he said no later when i paid that amount trusting him then i received the mail that i have paid ₹2900 for placement then i called him & asked him that i haven't paid 2900 & paid 3500 then he said i will connecting u to online dear they will guide you further. Then they told me that there are different amount for different validity 2900 has 4 months job opportunity to be provided by naukri & 3500 has 6 months validity & in case if i want to cancelled the services my money would be refunded in72working days which was'nt told to me in beginning. Next day a cr manager (Aditi roy) who was a stupid girl who called me stating that my profile is sent for further processing so documents verification needs to be done for which again i have to pay ₹5780 to get background verification done so that my interview could be scheduled so i got crazy that i am just being asked to pay money but nothing is being done so i denied then she became rude, insolent & started using abusive language. So kindly refund my money please asap.

I applied in naukri.com for a job in tata motors.. Initially they requested money of 2350 rs and after that they again requested money of rs 7500 and after some days of rs 15500 and then rs 10000... And now they are not picking up my calls and not telling any information about my courrier in which they said there will be your call letter...
