Naukrione.com — fake website and company claiming to be a subsidiary of naukri.com

Address:New Delhi, Delhi
Website:www.naukrione.com

This is to bring to your kind notice that a certain organization, "naukrione" which claims to be a premier site for the well known organization "nakri.com" has tried to con me in the past few days.

I had a previously existing profile with my resume on naukri.com since i was looking for a job. On friday, (20.4.2018) i got a call from a lady named ruchika, saying that they are calling from naukri.com and said that 2 companies have shortlisted my resume. She further told me that i need to register with naukri for proceeding further. Then she handed over the phone to her senior, ms. Ravia. She guided me to do the registration process. To my surprise, she asked me to go to "naukrione.com" instead of naukri.com, for doing the registration. When asked why she is asking me to do the registration through naukrione site, she said naukrione is an associate company and both are same company only and she made me to pay rs.2714 (Which was fully refundable) towards registration amount. I paid the same amount through my icici credit card. After that she told me to wait so that she could get back to me with the interview details. On saturday, (21.4.2018) she called again, but since i was busy, i could not pick up.

The next call i received was yesterday, i. E. Monday (23.4.2018). The same lady had called using a different number this time. This time she again asked me to visit the naukrione site again, and told me that in order to complete the profiling another amount of rd.12390 has to be paid. I initially refuse to pay the amount, but they mentioned that this amount is only a one-time payment which is fully refundable once the job interview has been cracked. They promised to verify all certificates and details after i paid this amount. I made that payment again, using my icici credit card.

Once that was done, this lady sends me an account number of a corporation bank account, based out of new delhi. I later checked that the website also had an address based out of delhi. When i asked why they are sending me the account details, they said that a final amount of rs.15000 had to be paid and then they would schedule my interview today. That is when i realized that these people are only here to con jobseekers like us. I refused to pay and blocked their calling numbers.

I need justice from your side, and also from naukri.com, as i believed their organization and updated my resume in their site. I would also request you to get my money back as the same is hard earned by me.

To help you with the proceedings, i'll provide you all the details which they had sent:
1. The first number which they used to call me was: +91-[protected]
2. The second number which they have used to call me even today is +91-[protected]
3. Official website: www.naukrione.com
4. Payment gateway site: http://www.eduwebplanet.com/paytm/pgResponse.php
5. Account details provided by them:
A/c name - one step solution
A/c no.- [protected]
Ifsc code - corp0000564
6. Email id used by them to send account details: [protected]@gmail.com
7. Company address provided on website: b-1/30, sector-6, rohini, new delhi 110085 (Which by the way might also be fake)

Kindly look into this matter urgently, since when i was visiting the website of https://www.consumercomplaints.in i saw that many other people had reported scam against this website.
However, it's surprising that the website is still up and running and scams keep on happening.

Its the same case happened for me.I have registered my resume on naukri.com since i was looking for a job. On saturday, (28.4.2018) i got a call from a lady named ruchika, said that she is calling from naukri.com.She has briefly explained about the process and told me to pay Rs.2714 initially and told dat the total amount is refundable. She handed over the call to HR team (sachin) he has asked me to pay Rs7816 inorder to verify the documents. They told that my profile has been shortlisted for 3 companies which they will be calling me on weekends. Now they have switched off their number and not responding at all.Kindly help us in this regard.
Same thing is also happened with me. Really I am very disappointed with this naukri.com
This is Dr. Vinay Nandy, yesterday I, got a call from naukrione.com. They told that my CV is shortlisted by two University in Mumbai, which I know in and out as I have friends there. I didn't care about the name of the caller, but here she asked me to pay an amount of 5199.00 one time towards registration. But I further investigated the lady caller on her call itself, to my surprise she got frustrated and said thanks and banged the phone. One thing is clear...don't pay anything for jobs in India or abroad. No genuine consultant ask or demand money.
