Customer Care NAVATA informed that it already reached HYDERABAD HUB at 11: 45 PM on[protected] but not reached to NAVATA -MIYAPUR Destination.

I have called the customercare today and they informed me that the article reached HYDERABAD HUB on :[protected]:30 PM ...
why the customer care providing the wrong information :
and No One Responding to my Emails ..
