Sir/Madam,
I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding my Airtel WiFi connection ([protected]) and mobile numbers ([protected], [protected]). For the past several months, the internet service has been extremely unreliable. Every month, my WiFi remains non-functional for approximately 5–6 of the days, and whenever a breakdown occurs, it usually takes 3–4 days to repair. During this period, I am unable to use my TV and internet services, which causes significant inconvenience.
Recently, one of your executives provided me with the contact number of the field engineer, Mr. Jasbir (Contact No:[protected]. However, when I contacted him, he behaved in a highly rude and unprofessional manner. He stated that he was on leave and asked me to “manage on my own.” Such behavior is unacceptable from a service provider of Airtel’s standard.
In this regard, I request you to kindly inform me:
What action is being taken against the said field staff for his misbehavior.
What steps Airtel will implement to ensure such service issues do not occur repeatedly.
A proper compensation or adjustment in my monthly bill for the non-usable days of service.
I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter to the Appellate Authority, Consumer Forum, and, if required, file a police complaint regarding harassment and poor service. Was this information helpful? |
