I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the continuous harassment I am facing from your collection agents. Despite clearly explaining my situation and communicating my concerns, your agents have been persistently calling me and even contacting my workplace, causing unnecessary distress and embarrassment.

On multiple occasions, I have informed them of my willingness to resolve the matter, yet they continue to shout, intimidate, and harass me through incessant phone calls. This behavior is highly unprofessional and in violation of RBI’s fair debt collection guidelines.

I request immediate intervention to stop this harassment and ensure that all further communication is conducted in a professional and legally compliant manner. I urge you to take corrective action at the earliest. If this behavior continues, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other relevant authorities.

Please confirm in writing that this issue has been addressed and that all future communication will be conducted respectfully and through appropriate channels.
