I did take a small personal loan from navi. i did pay the emis for 2 years and now i lost my job post pandemic.i requested them to give some time however they kept harrassing me. using profanity against family . threatning to come home in the nights.. this is extreme. i have no jobs and i am in process of filing bankruptcy .. this has to stop.. they need to follow the rules set by govt and RBI.
