While signing agreements the sales team and Customer support says we will not let the customer down, we have a reputation etc. to sign whatever is typed for those objections I made, because most of the agreement favours the builder and not customer for which we need to spend money for registration. And finally they say it in the agreement. I agreed to this too
Same happened in case of tax. Salesperson promised that the amount mentioned is final amount and all other tax increase decrease are factored, I confirmed again that I am buying a budget flat so every penny is counted.
But later customer support increased the price stating the tax reasons. I agreed to this too
Sales department showed a car park which I also allowed to take photo of drawing and same was physically identified by their field engineer during my site visit at the time of selling. today they are allocating different parking which is not that comfortable. And they claim the photo which i have is not authorised
They are right behind money want to pay lakhs in 10-15 days from their notice. but failed to reply mails even after 30 days, this my bad experience with Navin's.
Now I am begging around for the car park which their sales person accepted to be given. I cannot understand whether I am buying or begging Was this information helpful? |
