Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Atul Chaudhary, resident o[censored]peda, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh(245201), would like to file a complaint against an online fraud committed by a company named Navipy, which falsely promised to provide me a CSC-like digital service center.
Incident Details:
The said company assured me that upon payment, I would receive a service center login to offer services like Aadhaar updates, mobile recharge, cash in/out, etc., similar to a Common Service Centre (CSC). Trusting them, I paid a total amount of ₹15, 000 in three installments:
₹3, 000 (for registration)
₹7, 000 (for service activation)
₹5, 000 (for login setup and payout processing)
After making the complete payment, they failed to provide any login credentials or access to services. Now, they are demanding an additional ₹10, 000, claiming that only then my payout will be released. When I refused, they stopped responding to my messages and calls.
I have already reported this incident on the official cybercrime portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in). My complaint reference number is: [protected]
Request for Action:
I request you to kindly take strict legal action against the fraudulent company/person under relevant sections of the IPC and IT Act. Also, I request your help in recovering my amount of ₹15, 000 and to prevent others from falling victim to such scams.
