[Resolved]  Navjivan Hyundai Parvat Patiya Surat — Refund issue

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Ghanshyam Vekariya From Surat city gujarat.we booked i 10 nois era model car in your navjivan hyundai showroom parvat patiya. at the booking time we clarified your sales manager ankit master and nidhi bodar to any other showroom offer low rate than we any time cancel booking and full amount required to refund, that time both sales manager accept our condition. So we given 5000/- rupees booking amount.after than we purchase car in karnavati wheel pvt ltd at ahmedabad.and both showroom rate difference is 20000/-. So, as per condition we require return our booking amount 5000/- from navjivan hyundai showroom parvat patiya but these time both sales manager is not given proper reply and not received fon. approx 10 days to daily call and msg send but till date not received our refund amount.

So. please co-opertare with us and refund our booking amount as soon as possible.
