Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (nvs) — The portal is always giving error, no response from helpdesk, could not apply

Hi, Even though the last date of application NVS Grade VI rescheduled for couple of times, I could not complete or submitted the application as the portal for online application https://cbseitms.rcil.gov.in/nvs/ is always throwing one or other error or completely not responding or getting 404 or try again errors. This lead I could not apply for my kid. This is frustrating with many attempts in multiple days, different times and browsers. Also with this a student/parent who is interested in NVS unable to appear.
Please refer sample screenshots attached. Please give an exception or accept the application. Thank you.
