We booked Kashmir tour through Naya Bharat holidays - Kalpesh Panara for my Parents and paid 64000 to him in cash at the start of the tour =train from Gandhinagar. After Reaching to Jammu, due to Pahelgam attack, they denied to go ahead and the tour operator left my parents in Jammu un attended. I had to manage their return to my home town Vadodara.
While I approached Kalpesh Panara for the refund, he straignt way denied refund request and behaved very rudely.
I filed Police complaint but nothing has happended.
It seems that he has protection from Police and that's why he could continue cheating people openly.
Shame on Gujarat government and Police to protect such person despite of numerous complaints against him Was this information helpful? |
