I have plot no c/71 of 6 kathas in nschs ltd. Alampur 711302. Board directors approved plot's sale without my knowledge, just on purchaser's papers (Secretary and his relative). Agreement paper xerox copy shown at meeting arranged after my objection, was of 6+1 pages ie. Upto page 6 in continuation last & 7th page without no and continuation supposed to be manupulated. The deal was not finalized till now as payment was made by both and didnt comply to my advice to make payment so that 1st person's payment could be returned in his bank acc.in the light of this fraudulent way used by board, i wish to cancel this deal and return their token money instantly without incurring any interest on it as 1st person had defaulted this deal to be completed within 15 days from day one on 16/12/2017. Which is still pending.
