I ordered thru my pharmacy in santhekatte yesterday, 30 olmy ah, bp tablets however a different brand of tablets arrived. Since it is a saturday i asked pharmacy person to check the nayak's pharmacy which is also in santhekatte. Before he called nayak's pharmacy i was already there and i could hear the lady saying that they have 2 strips and is for their customer. I asked the lady there whether i can have olmy ah. But she immediately said that now a days stock is not coming etc. i begged just 2 tablets for saturday and sunday but she said no, she do not have. Here i told her that, i heard on the phone you have 2 strips of tablets why can't spare just 2 for today and tomorrow. For that the answer is they are for our customer! i would like to know i am not their customer? What sort of medicine dispensary is this where they cannot help patients in emergency? Why this cannot be complained to the indian pharmacists association or any other pharmacy authority. Was this information helpful? |
