I ordered a Naysa 2 in 1 waterproof HD matte lipstick pencils makeup kit (set of 12) but received a totally different product. I have received fake huda beauty matte. Liquid lipgloss which is totally dried up there is no contact no which I can contact neither getting any response to the mail I have send on help [protected]@gmail.com . I want a refund of my product that is Rs.796 asap . Also the pickup and return address is not mentioned on the parcel. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (2)

I had ordered for Naysa 2 in 1 hd matte lipstick for Rs 796 and they have sent me some fake hudabeauty lip gloss. The bottles are just filled with water. These people are such frauds that they did not keep any return policy. I have lost the total money. Would request others not to go for any product from this company.
