NBFC, Speel Finance Company Private Limited — Constant harassment through calls & letters for repayment of loan which is not taken by any member of my family

No loan is taken by any member of my family from any bank or institution so far. One company Pocketly, on behalf of the above mentioned company keep sending me letters & calls for repayment of laon for an amount of Rs 6503.25 which was not taken at all.
