NCBS — Not refunding for money back policy

To whomsoever it may concern:
NO Broker asked me to register for a plan paying about 6000.00 INR. The plan is a money back in which within 2 months if they fail to find a tenant the money will be refunded.
They also advised me that if I found a tenant on my own, they would refund the money immediately.
After waiting for 2 months with no tenant visits to my property and no positive leads, I engaged the services of another broker and got a tenant. Now, NoBroker is refusing to refund the money as they say that my current tenant has paid less deposit than what I had asked through NoBroker. Hence, they will not honor the agreement and will not refund me my money. My NoBroker's agent name is Mr Santhosh. He has been unhelpful in helping me as a client, in getting my refund.
