Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a resident of Kanchanjunga Apartment residing in Flat # 99D, Block A, Kanchanjunga Apartment, Noida Sector 53. I moved here in 2022. Since then, i am noticing that people living here have fixed their parking spaces and a single flat owner is having multiple cars and they are not allowing others to park their cars by saying that it is our parking and you can't park your vehicle here. In my knowledge, there is no allotted parking spaces to any of the residents of Kanchanjunga Apartment but still they forcefully block the parking space and parking their multiple vehicles. With this ongoing issue, someone who is new in the society and owns a single car only is not able to park his/her vehicle near his flat. I am highlighting this issue only in my block don't know about other blocks. I have raised this many times with the KAOA team but no one bothers and i am suffering due to this. People argue by saying that we are living here since 1996 and this is our own parking, you can't park your vehicle here even though the space is vacant. Most of the issues are raised by Flat owners residing in Flat no's 101 to 104. Also, they park their vehicles in such a manner that sometimes it becomes very difficult to cross our vehicles from that drive way. It is the only entry and exit point for the flat owners living in Flat no's 98, 99 and 100. They consider that row as their own property and park their cars by blocking the extra space of atleast 2-4 cars.
This is very harassing and embarrassing situation for me as everyone from that lane come into each others support and they are not able to understand other person's situation. I can understand that they are living here for so long but what is the fault of new flat owners in this, they have also purchased the flat and they too need some parking space. They should also ethically understand that if we are parking 2 vehicles then what about the others who is not getting parking even for his single vehicle.
It's a humble request to look into the matter urgently. Looking forward for your help and support in this matter.
