This is to inform you that a double emi was deducted for my loan account -
no - SL4871781
My Loan Emi date was 03.08.2023.
I paid the first emi on 02.08.2023 through UPI. to IIFL Asset Management LTD.
UPI Transaction ID[protected].
However on 03/08/2023, an auto debit was also made from my account of the same emi amount.
Transaction ID S61191865
I request you to please look into the matter.
Either please provide a refund or please adjust the amount to the EMI of the moth of September.
