While checking credit report I saw a loan of 20000 has been sanctioned on my name last October 2021. I have never taken a loan in my life and I don't know what this loan is in regards of neither it has come to my account neither i am aware of it requesting you to kindly resolve the complaint. Neither have I requested such a personal loan from your company. First of all, I don’t even know this company, nor have I heard of it.
Requesting you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest otherwise I will have to lodge a complaint against your company and even I will take this dispute to RBI.
Also send a note to CIBIL to remove this record as it is affecting my cibil score. Below is the snapshot of the CIBIL record.
