[Resolved] Neartion — Cost paid product not delivered still "UNRESOLVED"

Sir,
I have ordered for 16 gb pen drive on 15.01.17 on neartion but till date i did not get my product and inspite os repeated mails they did not reply even a single mail.I have also registered my complain on consumer complaints earlier to which have been shown as "Resolved" while i did not get my pen drive or refund or any credit slip so far.
Moreover their customer care contact no. is also not working since long.
Kindly help me to get my product or refund for which i shall be highly obliged.

Not any message or mail or call in this regard from neartion.com, i am surprised how did my complaint is resolved by them?
