Need4shop — Wrong product delivered and now contact not reachable and no response to emails

Hi,

I had ordered a pack of 3 Puma shorts from Need4shop.com website. Totally wrong product was delivered. None of the 3 delivered shorts is having puma logo. And then I have been trying to contact need4shop. I have sent a number of emails plus return request was raised but no response at all. Contact no provided by them is invalid. I want to escalate this for other cosumers. Many have raised simlar complaints on other platforms against need4shop. I request you to look into this on a serious note and take an appropriate action against need4shop.
