On 24th of Sept 2023, on my way home from office, took Rs. 2510 worth of petrol from Neel Fuels, Indian oil retailers, Kavalayoor-695144 in Trivandrum District. This petrol station was opened on this date newly.
After filling petrol, hardly 50 meters passed, the vehicle abruptly stopped. I called Tata vehicle service personnel. They towed the vehicle to the workshop and informed me that the petrol I took is contaminated with water. They demand 25000 rupees towards service charges. I am in great delemma. My loss may be compensated by the petrol station management.. This is apart from the mental agany and problems I faced with my wife and child Was this information helpful? |
