Neel Setia — fraud against reseller saran raghav and vendor royalry export house

One of my customer purchased a gown from resller saran raghav who purchase the products from royalry export house, surat.
The product was damage and video was shared. Earlier, saran raghav excepted that the product was damaged and asked to make the return on royalry export house, 664, vtm textile market, near sahara darwaja, ringroad, surat, gujarat, 395002.
After receiving the return, i asked saran raghav to send same new product but in green colonr and xxl size. He said ok. Now he is refusing to do so. When we asked him to let us talk to vendor, he gave wrong no. The customer is very very angry. I request you to please take action against the fraud.
