Purchase a luminous battery No. V7G250E1052518 from them battery giving low backup since beginning. Complaint registered on 8 April 2018 he picked up my battery and on 10.04.18 says over phone your battery is Ok (Esa service centre vale kah rahe hain) I request to return my battery but he keep this battery with them up to 22.04.2018. I requested them to give me details of service centre letter in which I can found the details of my battery he refuse to give any such letter/data. This was not my battery as the No. of this battery is EJG6052518 on my query he saying that service centre given new battery but this battery also not given the backup. Again on my complaint he picked up battery on 05.05.2018 for sending it to service centre, Agra at this juncture I called to service centre and shocked when he says that no battery comes to service centre in your name in April 2018. After my call over phone he deposit my original battery in service centre i.e. No. V7G250E1052518 and also collect it on 15.05.2018 but again I extremely shocked when i see that the battery comes to my home was not original battery he given me again the battery No. EJG6052518.
He is badly cheated my and not return my original battery to me. Sir please help me.
