We were promised to offer 5 star hotel booking if we buy Toplite membership by Representatives of Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. under supervision of their manager Manohar Pandey in Goa at Neelams The Grand hotel while our trip to Goa. We bought the membership trusting Toplite and now when we are trying to approach the company, no body is responding and it says the company Toplite Holidays is closed. We want our refund, hence we request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and get hold of either Toplite representatives or representative of Neelam The Grand hotel Goa for allowing such fraudsters to execute such activities in their hotel premises and cheating the tourist of Goa. We are one of the many tourists of Goa who has gone through this cruel and deceitful act by Toplite Holidays.
