We booked a tour package with Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. in October 2019 for a Dubai trip. Five members of our family took the tour in March 2020, while one member had to reschedule due to exams. Neem Holidays promised that the remaining member would travel in a later batch, but the pandemic halted all tours.
When the company resumed operations in late 2021, they requested additional payment for the same trip, offering us a credit note for Rs. 49, 750/- which was never actually provided. We visited their office multiple times, requesting a refund or a domestic tour as we couldn’t afford to pay extra, but they kept stalling.
Now, in 2024, when we finally agreed to pay the extra amount, Neem Holidays claims that the credit note has expired, offering us only 50% of the value of what we originally paid, despite not giving any clear terms and conditions before.
