I purchased a pair of shoes (Relive knit Sneakers model) in February '22 for 2639 INR which is much higher than the average price of other brands. The company is selling products saying that they are Great for environment. This seems to be greenwashing/ marketing technique. The shoes did not last for even 6 months. I used them very lightly and still by August I saw the fabric started to wear off and the shoes got holes near toes.
I contacted customer care and they said they can't refund and will provide a discount to buy new pair of shoes which I accepted. To me surprise they sent me a payment link for new pair, and they offered only a 10 percent discount of 239 INR.
After the 40% off on website which they are offering everyone and 10% discount (239 INR) they provided me, the shoe would still cost me 2154 INR. They are only using me to sell another pair of shoes rather than providing relief.
They are monitoring all the reviews posted on the site and did not publish the reviews that I have given about poor product quality. I am expecting a full refund of my money.
