Neesa Leisure Ltd. — Non refunded for fixed deposit on maturity date

Deposit Amount: Rs 25, 000
Maturity Amount: Rs 26, 462
FDR Deposit Date (Involuntary Renewal): 13/10/ 2013
FDR Maturity Date: 12/04/2014

I was holding the above-mentioned fixed deposit with Neesa Leisure Ltd. On the maturity of the initial FD (No. 9428), instead of refunding the FD maturity amount of Rs 25, 000, the same was renewed for a further period of 6 months with cumulative interest with maturity amount of Rs 26, 462 and maturity date of 12/04/2014

I have since then been following up on the above-mentioned FDR for return of principal and accumulated interest thereon but have received no response to date.

I request you to kindly look into the above and advise me on the next steps on reclaiming this fixed deposit amount along with the accumulated interest to date.
