NeetaBus.In — Bus was 3 hrs. Late at midnight and they are not refund my amount against cancellation.

Dear Concern,

This is very disappointing that i have not received any revert from your end.

almost 3 days already spent and i had tried lot of time to connect with you on your mobile number [protected] but nobody respond me on that.

i had explain you thru the mail that i had booked the ticket from the neeta bus traveler on 19.10.15 at 1:00 p.m when i had reached the bus stop neeta bus concern person told me that bus has been delayed by 3 hrs approximately. bus actual arrival timing was 10:30 p.m and that is 3 hrs late.
i had requested to the concern person that i am not able to travel at mid night because my women colleague also with me.
he assured me that your ticket has been canceled from our(neeta) end and you will get the message on your gmail id with in 15-20 mins. we were back at home, and after 1 hr when i had tried to connect the neeta concern person(who assured me that my ticket has been canceled ) he was not responding on phone till date.

i thought neeta traveler cheated me and i am not taking that as an granted, so i am going to file the complaint on consumer forum .

Request you to refund my amount Rs.1622, against the cancellation PNR no[protected]

Note : on 19:10:15 (same day, same time) i was not able to cancel the ticket through the online, option was denied for cancellation that's why i had requested to neeta concern person.
