Nehru — abnormal delay in departure

I have booked online ticket to chennai from kumbakonam. Departure time 20.00 hrs on 16.01.2020. I was waiting up to 21.00 hrs but there was no information about the departure of the bus. Since i have to catch my flight, i had to board some other bus. I recd about the bus departure information only at 21.08 hrs and i received call from conductor at 21.21 hrs. Kindly refund my ticket amount as there was abnormal delay and no intimation.
