Dear sir
Every day i commute to my office from dulapalli to shameerpet on nehru outer ring road.. Earlier i use to take orr toll ticket for up and down and it charge me 45 rupees.
Now as a decision of nhari i took fastag and every time they are charging me 60 and some times more than 60 rupees when ever i asked they say there is no option o[censored]p and down for fasttag. And for complaint they say there is no one for complaint.
What is this rule? Just by saying this they are earning cores of rupees from commuters and few people doesn't have any knowledge on this.
It seems it's a big scam.
