I was charged indiscriminately on few occasions for ORR usage. And recent times, one on Nov 7, 2024 and Oct 3, 2024 for my car #TS10ER1818. I logged-in at Nanankramguda, HYD and logged out at Financial District, HYD. Charges are supposed to be INR10 but was charged INR50 and return also charged double than normal charges of INR5. They overcharged me for their either malfunctioning scanning machines or incompetency. Please help me refund the additional charges.
