Neighbour House — Leakage of rain water & tap water

Respected Sir,
My house is at Door no 31, Balaji Nagar, TVS Nagar opposite to VSK Aayushman apartment. Despite repeated objections my neighbor (next house) is sending rain water, tank water in front of my house leading to water clogging, algae formation and increase in mosquitoes.
A complaint was raised with my area contact ([protected]) he came and warned them last time that pipe connection will be cut but they are still doing the same.
Request you to take strict action.
