Neighbour/building Co Owners — Illegal Expansion of balcony

Hi,

This is in regards with illegal expansion of balcony starting from back wall. This is been done by 2 parties (third and forth floor owners). Where in we at first floor have total objection on the same as it will stop/impact/be a hindrance with sunlight, air ventilation etc. We here by seek your help to stop this on priority.
