Some people in ashok vihar ph-2 force the gardner to put extra water in park and deliberately switch off the electric poles so that they can stop the kids from playing there. This is highly unacceptable as it is a public park and nobody has the right to do such degrading things. Moreover, they waste A LOT of water in doing so. Please see to it asap.
