Neighbourhood Tenants — Burning of wood on road for cooking

This is a kind request from our side, to inform you that, the tenants in my neighbourhood are burning wood openly on road for cooking which is causing smoke in my house and ultimately causing suffering and suffocation to us, and much air pollution, due to this the whole area is damaging .we have tried to resolve by talks but the people are stubborn and repeatedly doing this act. So you are requested to help me by taking the necessary actions immediately, as a responsible citizen it's my duty to keep area clean.
You are requested to take necessary strict actions for it as early as possible and also inform the owner with regards the same
