Neighbourhood — Water wastage

I live in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack road Odisha. Some sort of commercial depot is beside our residence .At times, people of said depot spend their nights there.Irrespective of their presence or absence, without a fail their tank overflows all through the night.And it's really a pathetic situation to see water flowing all the night and our very own rural areas facing huge shortage of water.

I would like the concern authorities to look in the matter seriously as nothing is more important than life and it's in water.
