Nelamangala Rto — Urgent: Duplicate DL & Address Change Application Pending for 2 Months

Respected Authority,
I applied for a Duplicate Driving Licence along with a Change of Address 2 months ago via the Parivahan Sarathi portal. All required documents (including address proof, fee payment receipt, and lost document report/FIR) were submitted, and the application fee was successfully paid.

Also visited Nelamangala RTO and submitted physical copy of the documents.
