Nellore Municipality — dogs in road making many problems

I am a resident of bv nagar teachers colony and we are facing many problems with street dogs where they will run with bikes and bikers are falling on roda's only because of dogs, apartment named srikrishna avenue are dumping the waste in roads and the dogs are starving for the food at the same apartment and dogs are not going from there kindly arrange the dogs control measure.
