Nellore Municipality — Issue with street dogs at Day and nights

In our Street (Venkateswara puram, Sai baba street, Nellore) at nights nearly 10-20 dogs gather together and making noise everyday, In my home my small kids are there she was not sleeping due to afraid of that noises.so could you resolve this problem as fast as possible.Kids are unable to go schools due to these dogs.
