Dear Sir,
This is very important issue. We are constructing a house in nellore municipality and have given 250000 for an engineer T.Nagaraju of modern developers ( santhapeta ) to get plan and approval for G+1 and he did not do his work. we started our construction and we he is still delaying from 6 months. i would like to go legally and i have contacts municipal office also regarding this and there is no response from them. its very frustrating how it has been done and i find there is a structural problem here. i will also write this to honarable cheif minister to get a new law that the people cannot be cheated by builders and engineers.
