I am writing to report a serious issue with multiple orders placed on NEWME, where delivery timelines have been unreasonably delayed and misleading information has been provided.
I placed more than 5 orders, including Order ID: 1*****86 (?2059). At the time of purchase, specific delivery timelines were shown. However, all orders have been delayed by approximately 25–30 days, and at least one order is still pending.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I have only received generic responses. The most concerning issue is the contradictory information being provided:
* The company claims the product is “under production”
* However, the order tracking shows it has already passed International Transit and Quality Check, and is now marked as “Order Delayed”
This is clearly inconsistent and misleading. A product cannot be under production after already being in transit.
Additionally, such long delays make the products useless, especially when they are ordered for specific occasions. The company has failed to honor its delivery commitments and has shown a lack of transparency and accountability.
