I bought a mattress from Neorest and made a purchase for two 8 inch mattresses on January 17th 2023 and paid an online total amount of Rs. 45, 921, payment receipt attached for reference.
I spoke to one lady by name Rakhshita and was coordinating with her for courier delivery. Finally the mattress was delivered on January 22nd 2023. but instead of 8 inch one of the mattresses was 6 inch.
I shared pictures, and also videos and finally they agreed to replace it . March 4rth 2023 the replacement mattress got delivered but again it was of the wrong size. I spoke to Rakshita and she said if i agree they can give me Refund and i said yes as 3-4 months of time lapse and then they took the replacement mattress back.
The Refund amount is i paid for 8 inch and the delivered mattress is 6 inch --Whatever difference is there should be refunded to me.
This was agreed and confirmed by Rakshita. Till date I am following up for a refund, but my refund hasn't come.
No one is responding on the call or on what's app messages.
Please help. I have sent emails to

but no response till date.
