Shortly after, I received an order confirmation via WhatsApp along with order no #82690 and #82673. The estimated delivery date was 9-10 business days. However, as of today, October 20, 2025, the order has not been delivered.
The payment was made confirming that the transaction was successfully processed. When the delivery deadline passed without any update, I sent a follow-up email requesting a status update. Unfortunately, I received no response. They are also not reachable via their contact info displayed on their official site.
Upon further investigation, I discovered multiple complaints on Reddit and other consumer forums reporting similar experiences with this brand — including fake tracking IDs, non-delivery of products, and complete lack of communication. This pattern suggests a deliberate and deceptive business practice operating under the guise of a premium chocolate brand.
