Courier sent on 3rd Oct to Vizag and to-day is 7th Oct and still not delivered. We received a mail yesterday from your end admitting the mistake that the courier has wrongly sent to Kakinada and it will be delivered to-day at Vizag (7th Oct). Now, we have got a mail stating that the courier has reached Hyderabad and will be delivered soon.
Do understand that our business has impacted on account of this and we have a got feeling that this has not been taken seriously at your end, to walk the extra mile for customer service.
Time for us to rething !!!
