Our calling time is Mon-Sat 10am-7pm(Except any public holiday), so all the calls are answered in this given timing only. If our number comes busy or due to any other reason like network failure, if the call is not picked then our team call back on the customer's number again to make sure all the customers calling in between the given timing get the response always.
So same had happened in your case also.
Also in your case, delivery was not done as your order package weight was above 500gm, whereas you had paid for the order weight up to 500gm only, for the same reason we had asked you to pay some extra amount so that we could ship the order as we had also mentioned in the terms & conditions of our website that we charge Rs.85 for the order weight up to 500gm only, terms & conditions were accepted by you before placing the order, still as you had not paid extra for the extra shpping weight, then only amount refund was done due to this.
Still, we regret the inconvenience caused to you.

I have ordered a few a tablets, after receiving the order Netforheath did not ship the order for 10 days, when I inquired they told me they did not have that tablet and asked if they could ship another of the same ingredient. When I finally received the order, the tablets had been expired for 3 months. Terrible website to order anything.

I had ordered a medicine from this site on 31st July. But even after 7days it was showing order as still processing. so I contacted them and instead of delivering product they just returned my money.
