Netaji Subhash Engineering College — Refund of caution deposit

We passed the final examination of b. Tech in the year 2014 from netaji subhash engineering college, west bengal. At the time of admission we deposited the caution deposit rs. 20000 (Refundable) in the year 2010. We also declare that we have paid all the dues of the college and returned the library books taken by us. We also submitted application form in our college few months ago but they did not reply. I attach a copy of fees structure showing the payment of caution deposit at the time of admission.
