I was working in a company named as "NetFrux Technologies" located at F30, , Phase 8, Industrial Area Mohali, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071. I was very good employee there. I left this company on 14 December 2015. I gave my resignation/notify them of one month, aftter this I left this company. The reason of my resignation was their Unethical behaviour. Mr. Satwinder Singh, the Partner of this company misbehave with me many times after all I decided to left this company.When i gave my resignation then their behaviour against me was very bad.During my notice period they mentally tortured me alot like force to stay in late night in office, criticise me regarding the work.During the my notice period they did not give any response and when i asked to left the company then this company bothered me alot, and also forced to take back my resignation.because of their behaviour, Finally I decided to left this company. I had completed my 1.3 year with this company . This company gives salary every month on 10th. I got my November month salary, but not get of my last 14 days salary of December month and also my Experience letter which is very important to me and required in next company. My salary was 18000/month in this company. My 14 days salary becomes Rs.8, 400. I have called them many time, but they haven't respond me. This is a big amount for me. My family depends on me and also i am a rental in mohali. Please help me and I request you take a legal action against this company. The owners name are Satwinder singh and Sudhanshu kashyap both are partners. This company has already done the same with other employees.Some of them are in my contact and also they can email regarding this for the proof. Eagerly waiting for your quick response & quick action. Quick response & action would be much appreciated.

I did not say or bound for to stay in office for another few of months instead you were forcing to me to spent 4-5 months in office.
I was not absent and I continue office till 14 December 2015 except i have taken 3 days leaves that was pre-planned and also informed to you as all knows it.
Dear sir Last week of my notice period you assigned me new tasks (projects) not any previous one Because all previous projects was completed.Work is the Never Ending process and there will always be some changes in projects thats why i did given to you one month notice period but at that period you did not give my responsibility to another one.
I did my work with honesty and full effort till the my last day in office and Today also ready for any kind of support.
So please provide my Experience letter as well as my 14 days salary.

As per the Company policy I have Completed the one month notice period (10 november to 10 december) and due to some work I also Continue till the date 14 december 2015.
So I Request to you please clear my due salary as well as provide my Experience letter.
