Complaint marked as Resolved When l entered the lot number

Summar BONANZA l receive a SMS that say l receive a SMS after 24 hour but after 24 hour l didn't receive any message from 8367283672 l entered the lot number on 5 June 2022 l entered it many times but after 3 message l receive a SMS said that l cross the participation limit. I am very sad.
