I ordered a portable electric shaver on 29 th nov from netxecom with order I'd NNEKVS631836and received it on 4 th Dec by making cod ...the product received is not working properly and not received same as ordered...shipped by shiprocket and ekart and got it without any bill...I want to return the product and raise refund
